Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 120
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 120 described in this section are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30.  In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of East Rutherford:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii.  In the Borough of Carlstadt:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 120 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no parking" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199 permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of East Rutherford:
(1) Near side bus stop along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Gotham Parkway - Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Gotham Parkway and extending 205 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) Mid-block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Murray Hill Parkway - Beginning 200 feet of the westerly curb line and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(c) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 120 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no  parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Carlstadt:

Along Route 120, northbound, on the easterly side at:
(A) Between Washington Avenue and Gotham Parkway – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# 11105) – Beginning at a point 1690 feet north of the northerly curb line of Washington Avenue and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Between Gotham Parkway and 20th Street – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# 11106) – Beginning at a point 65 feet north of the northerly curb line of Gotham Parkway and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(C) Between Gotham Parkway and 20th Street – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# 11107) – Beginning at a point 900 feet north of the northerly curb line of Gotham Parkway and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) 20th Street – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 11108) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of 20th Street and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
