Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 33
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 33 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Mercer County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 33 is under municipal (City of Trenton) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 0.11 to 1.46.
Note: State Highway Route NJ 33 is coincident with State Highway Route US 130 (south-north roadway) from mileposts 7.84 to 12.42.
i. In the Township of Hamilton:
(1) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Lynwood Avenue and the westerly curb line of Norway Avenue.
(B) Between the easterly curb line of Dickinson Avenue and the Hamilton Township – Robbinsville Township corporate line.
(2) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the Robbinsville Township – Hamilton Township corporate line and a point 135 feet east of the easterly curb line of North Hamilton Avenue.
(B) Between the westerly curb line of North Hamilton Avenue and the easterly curb line of Alberta Avenue.
(C) Between the westerly curb line of Klockner Road and a point of 115 feet east of the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Dickinson Avenue.
ii. In the Township of Robbinsville (formerly Township of Washington):
(1) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side (Route NJ 33):
(A) Between Robbinsville-Edinburg Road (County Route 526) and Commerce Square.
(2) No stopping or standing along both sides (Route US 130-NJ 33):
(A) Between a point 830 feet north of Windsor Road and the Robbinsville Township – East Windsor Township corporate line.
(3) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 250 feet south of and the southerly curb line of Windsor Road.
(4) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 250 feet north of and the northerly curb line of Windsor Road.
iii. In the Township of East Windsor:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides (Route NJ 33):
(A) Between a point 75 feet west of the center line ofDavisonRoad and the center line of Woodside Avenue.
(2) No stopping or standing along both sides (Route US 130-NJ 33):
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv. In the Borough of Hightstown:
(1) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the East Windsor Township-Hightstown Borough westerly corporate line and a point 75 feet east of the easterly curb line of South Street.
(B) Between a point 540 feet east of the easterly curb line of South Street and a point 133 feet west of the prolongation of the westerly curb line of Broad Street.
(C) Between a point 64 feet west of the of the westerly curb line of Broad Street and a point 50 feet east of the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Broad Street.
(D) Between a point 300 feet east of the easterly curb line of Cole Avenue and the Hightstown Borough-East Windsor Township easterly corporate line.
(2) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the Hightstown Borough – East Windsor Township easterly corporate line and a point 225 feet west of the westerly curb line of Maxwell Avenue.
(B) Between a point 230 feet west of the prolongation of the Cole Avenue westerly curb line and Stockton Street.
(C) Between the westerly curb line of Stockton Street and a point 38 feet westerly therefrom.
(D) Between a point 258 feet west of the westerly curb line of Stockton Street and a point 125 feet east of the easterly curb line of Rogers Street.
(E) Between the westerly curb line of Rogers Street and a point 57 feet westerly therefrom.
(F) Between a point 388 feet west of the westerly curb line of Rogers Street and a point 75 feet west of the westerly curb line of Academy Street.
(G) Between a point 240 feet west of the prolongation of the westerly curb line of South Street and the Hightstown Borough – East Windsor Township westerly corporate line.
2. In Middlesex County:
i. In the Township of Monroe:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
3. In Monmouth County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 33 is a duplicate of State Highway Route NJ 34 between mileposts 34.70 to 35.85.
i. In the Township of Millstone:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the center line of Prodelin Way-Perrineville Road and the center line of Millstone Road.
ii. In the Township of Manalapan:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the Manalapan Township – Millstone Township corporate line and Route NJ 33 Business (approximate mileposts 21.10 to 24.34).
iii. In the Township of Freehold:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between a point 300 feet east of the easterly curb line of Wamrock Road and a point 300 feet west of the westerly curb line of Wamrock Road.
iv. In The Township of Howell:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between Chief James A. Errickson Road and Cedar Lane.
v.  In the Township of Wall:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the Howell Township – Wall Township corporate line and the end of the duplicity with Route NJ 34.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 33 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” areas for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the Township of Hamilton:
(1) Restricted parking along the westbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between a point 86 feet Between the northerly curb line of Massachusetts Avenue and a point 22 feet westerly therefrom.
ii. In the Borough of Hightstown:
(1) Restricted parking along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between a point 64 feet west of the westerly curb line of Broad Street and a point 23 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Between a point 50 feet east of the easterly curb line of Broad Street and a point 22 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) Between a point 122 feet east of the easterly curb line of Cole Avenue and a point 23 feet easterly therefrom (In front of 208 Franklin Street).
(D) Between a point 150 feet east of the easterly curb line of Cole Avenue and a point 22 feet easterly therefrom (In front of 212 Franklin Street).
(2) Restricted parking along the westbound (northerly) side:

i. In the Township of Hamilton:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Bromley Avenue and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Between the westerly curb line of Sterling Avenue and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Between the westerly curb line of Concord Avenue and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Massachusetts Avenue and a point 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between the easterly curb line of Lynwood Avenue and a point 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) Between the easterly curb line of Donald Avenue and a point 100 feet easterly therefrom.

(A) Between Woodlawn Avenue and Lynwood Avenue.
(B) Between Norwood Avenue and Dickinson Avenue.
(2) No parking between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM along the westbound (northerly) side, Thursdays (except holidays):
(A) Between Dickinson Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue.
(e) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 33 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “time limit parking” zones where parking is permitted as described:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the Borough of Hightstown:
(1) One (1) hour time limit parking between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM along the westbound (northerly) side, daily (including holidays):
(A) Between a point 38 feet west of the westerly curb line of Stockton Street and a point 220 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Between a point 58 feet east of the easterly curb line of Rogers Avenue and a point 67 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) Between a point 57 feet west of the westerly curb line of Rogers Avenue and a point 306 feet westerly therefrom.
