Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route US 9W

(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route US 9W described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no parking bus stop" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA. 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1.	In Bergen County:
	i. In the Borough of Tenafly:
(1)	No parking bus stops along the westerly (southbound) side: Near side bus stop:
	(A) East Clinton Avenue (120 feet);
(2)	Far side bus stop:
	(A) Greenbrook Sanctuary - Beginning at the northerly curb line of the entrance to Greenbrook Sanctuary and extending 125 feet northerly therefrom.
(3)	Far side bus stops:
	(A) East Clinton Avenue (105 feet);
	(B) Greenbrook Sanctuary - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of the entrance to the Greenbrook Sanctuary and extending 125 feet southerly therefrom.
	ii. In the Borough of Englewood Cliffs:
(1)	Far side bus stop along the westerly (southbound) side:
	(A) Sage Road (105 feet);
	(B) From a point 1,000 feet southerly from the southerly curb line of Sage Road to a point 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(C) From a point 1,600 feet southerly from the southerly curb line of Sage Road to a point 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(D) From a point 500 feet northerly from the northerly curb line of Hollywood Avenue to a point 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(E) From a point 500 feet south of the southerly curb line of Hollywood Avenue to a point 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(F) From a point 1,000 feet northerly from the northerly curb line of Demarest Avenue to a point 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(G) John Street - Beginning at the southerly curb line of John Street and extending 140 feet southerly therefrom.
(2)	Near side bus stops:
	(A) Demarest Avenue (120 feet);
	(B) Palisades Avenue (120 feet);
	(C) Charlotte Place - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Charlotte Place and extending 170 feet northerly therefrom.
	(D) Middlesex Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Middlesex Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
	(E) West Bayview Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of West Bayview Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(3)	Far side bus stops along the northbound easterly side:
	(A) Demarest Avenue (105 feet);
	(B) From a point 1,000 feet north of the northerly curb line of Demarest Avenue to a point 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(C) From a point 500 feet southerly of the southerly curb line of Hollywood Avenue to a point 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(D) From a point 500 feet northerly of the northerly curb line of Hollywood Avenue to a point 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(E) From a point 1,600 feet southerly of the southerly curb line of Sage Road to a point 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(F) From a point 1,000 feet northerly of the northerly curb line of Sage Road to a point 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(G) Middlesex Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Middlesex Avenue and extending 231 feet northerly therefrom.
(4)	Near side bus stops:
	(A) Palisades Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Palisades Avenue and extending 178 feet southerly therefrom.
	(B) Sage Road - 120 feet.
	(C) Charlotte Place - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Charlotte Place and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
	(D) Clendinen Place - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Clendinen Place and extending 170 feet southerly therefrom.<
	(E) Bayview Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Bayview Avenue and extending 180 feet southerly therefrom.
(5)	Mid-block bus stop:
	(A) Charlotte Place - Beginning at a point 520 feet north of the northerly curb line of Charlotte Place and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
	iii. In the Borough of Fort Lee:
(1)	Far side bus stops - Along Fletcher Avenue, northbound on the easterly side thereof at:
	(A) Linwood Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Linwood Avenue and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
	(B) Washington Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Washington Avenue and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
(2)	Far side bus stop:
	(A) Myrtle Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Myrtle Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(3)	Far side bus stop:
	(A) Along Fletcher Avenue, southbound on the westerly side therefrom.
(4)	Near side bus stops:
	(A) Washington Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Washington Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
	(B Myrtle Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Myrtle Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(5)	Far side bus stop:
	(A) Linwood Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Linwood Avenue and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
(6)	Along Route US 9W (Fletcher Avenue) eastbound on the southerly side thereof at:
	(A) Linwood Avenue: Beginning at the westerly curb line of Linwood Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(7)	Along Route US 9W (Fletcher Avenue) eastbound on the southerly side thereof at:
	(A) Linwood Avenue: Beginning at the westerly curb line of Linwood Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
	iv. In the Borough of Alpine:
(1)	Far side bus stop along the easterly (northbound) side:
	(A) Hillside Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Hillside Avenue and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(B) Montammy Road - Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line on Montammy Road and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom.
(2)	Near side bus stops:
	(A) Closter Dock Road - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Closter Dock Road and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(B) The Esplanade - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of the Esplanade and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(C) Glen Goin Drive - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Glen Goin Drive extending 120 feet southerly therefrom;
	(D) Lamont Observatory - Beginning at the southerly curb line of the Lamont Observatory entrance and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom.
	(E) Ruckman Road – Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Ruckman Road and extending to a point 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(3)	Mid-block bus stops:
	(A) Closter Dock Road - Beginning 579 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Closter Dock Road and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
	(B) Timberline Drive - Beginning 150 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Timberline Drive extending 135 feet northerly
	(C) Old Yonker Ferry Road – Beginning at a point 5,325 feet north of the northerly curb line of Old Yonker Road and extending to a point 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(4)	Far side bus stops along the westerly (southside) side:
	(A) Lamont Observatory - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of the entrance to Lamont Observatory and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom.
	(B) Montammy Road - Beginning at the southerly curb line on Montammy Road and extending 120 feet therefrom;
	(C) Closter Dock Road - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Closter Dock Road and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
	(E) Ruckman Road – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Ruckman Road and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(5)	Near side bus stops:
	(A) The Esplanade-Rio Vista Estate - Beginning at the northerly curb line of the Esplanade and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(B) Timberline Drive - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Timberline Drive and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(C) Glen Goin Drive - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Glen Goin Drive and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom;
	(D) Hillside Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Hillside Avenue and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom;
(6)	Mid-block bus stops:
	(A) Closter Dock Road - Beginning 714 feet north of the northerly curb line of Closter Dock Road and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom;
	(B) Ruckman Road – Beginning at a point 2,955 feet south of the southerly roadway edge line of Ruckman Road and extending to a point 135 feet southerly therefrom.
	All bus stops to be the specified lengths measured from the curb line of the intersecting street or the prolongation of the curb line of the street which intersects where the bus stop is established.
(b)	The certain parts of State highway Route US 9W described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times.
1.	In Bergen County:
	i. In the Borough of Alpine:
(1)	No stopping or standing along the easterly (northbound) side:
	(A) Between a point 500 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Closter Dock Road and extending 1,500 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Closter Dock Road.
(2)	Along the westerly (southbound) side:
	(A) Between a point 1,000 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Closter Dock Road and extending 1,000 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Closter Dock Road.
(3)	Along both sides between the hours of 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM:
	(A) Between points 1,000 feet south and 1,000 feet north of the pedestrian bridge at milepost 9.7.
	(B) Between a point 1,000 feet north of Hillside Avenue and a point 1,000 feet south of Hillside Avenue.
(4)	Along both sides:
	(A) Clifton Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Van Houten Avenue to Olga Terrace between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily.
	ii. In the Borough of Englewood Cliffs:
(5)	No stopping or standing along both sides:
	(A) From the center line of Charlotte Place to the Borough of Englewood Cliffs-Borough of Tenafly corporate line.
