Speed Limits for Local Roads - Fairmont Avenue, Traffic Regulations, Reference/Links

Certain parts of the roadway known as Fairmont Avenue (vicinity of Route NJ 35), located in the Township of Ocean in Monmouth County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction. Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a)	The certain parts of Fairmont Avenue described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1)	No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side:
	(A) Between the easterly curb line of Route NJ 35 and the westerly curb line of Allen Avenue.
(b)	The certain parts of Fairmont Avenue described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no passing” zones:
(1)	No passing zones:
	(A) Between the easterly curb line of Route NJ 35 and the westerly curb line of Allen Avenue.
