Certain parts of the roadways known as Grove Street & Broad Street (vicinity of Route NJ 19), located in the City of Clifton in Passaic County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction. Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a)	The certain parts of Grove Street & Broad Street described in this subsection are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1)	Stop signs shall be installed:
	(A) At the intersection of Grove Street and Broad Street for traffic travelling along Grove Street northbound (approximate Route NJ 19 milepost 0.46).
