The rate of speed designated for the certain part of State Highway Route NJ 73 described in this section shall be and hereby is established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed thereat: |

In Camden County: |

i. In the Borough of Palmyra and the Township of Pennsauken: |
| (1) |
For both directions of traffic: |
| |
(A) 45 MPH from the beginning of Route NJ 73 at the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge in the Borough of Palmyra, to the intersection of Hylton Road; thence |
| |
ii. In the Township of Evesham: |
| (1) |
For both directions of traffic: |
| |
(A) 50 MPH to the intersection of CR 544; thence |
| |
ii. In the Township of Winslow: |
| (1) |
For both directions of traffic: |
| |
(A) 55 MPH to the end of Route NJ 73 at the Atlantic City Expressway. |
