Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

North Service Road (vicinity of Route NJ 3)
Certain parts of the roadway known as North Service Road (vicinity of Route NJ 3), located in the Town of Secaucus in Hudson County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) Lane usage for the certain parts of North Service Road described in this subsection is hereby regulated as follows:
(1) Right lane for right turns only:
(A) From Radio Avenue southbound onto Route NJ 3 westbound ramp (North Service Road) (approximate milepost 9.25).
(b) Turning movements for certain parts of North Service Road described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Radio Avenue southbound onto eastbound or westbound on Route NJ 3 westbound (North Service Road) (approximate milepost 9.25).
