The state property listings include fee simple land holdings.  No leased properties, easements, or licensed properties are included.  In addition, all confidential and critical properties have been excluded.  A critical property is defined as any property that contains a structure that provides support to a department operation or multiple buildings such as a computer center, headquarters, or telecommunications building.
