to provide pension benefits to
same-sex domestic partners under Chapter 246, P.L. 2003, the Domestic
Partnership Act, AND local employers participating in the
State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) or School Employees' Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) who have resolved to provide
SHBP or SEHBP benefits, as applicable, to same-sex domestic partners under Chapter 246, P.L.
