The Long Term Care Insurance Plan, administered for the State of New Jersey by the Prudential Insurance Company of America, is available to individuals and their eligible family members who are employed by, or retired from, the State, a state college or university, or a New Jersey Local Governmental or Educational entity provided it has adopted to offer the plan by resolution.
