IRS withholding rates are now available for 2012. Due to the late approval of federal tax rates, retirees may see an adjustment in tax withholding for benefit payments paid on and after February 1, 2012.

Tax withholding change processing times currently run four weeks from the date the Division receives your Form W-4P.
