Participants for Industry Day: Water Damage Restoration Services

DPP seeks participants for Industry Day to provide information regarding Water Damage Restoration Services.

Date: February 11, 2013
Time: 10:00 AM EST

Location:
Department of Treasury
Division of Purchase & Property
33 West State Street - 9th floor bid room
Trenton, NJ 08625

You may attend in person or call in remotely.

The State of New Jersey owns and leases multiple properties and buildings that may be subject to water infiltration and/or water damage at any time and for many reasons, such as leaking pipes or plumbing or hurricanes and floods. For any given occurrence, a contractor may have to remove excess water and fix the cause of a leak, dry the area and clean or disinfect any impacted structure, remove and replace affected material and perform any encountered mold remediation.

The State seeks input from the water intrusion and restoration vendor community regarding industry standards for, by example, labor, equipment, and supplies and input regarding pricing for “on call” assignments.

To RSVP or obtain additional information, please contact Ann Wolf at 609 292 4052 or ann.wolf@treas.state.nj.us.
