for Information - Payroll Deduction and Payment Services
The Office of Management and Budget is requesting information
relating to payroll deduction and payment services that
allow employees to direct payroll deductions to pay
insurance premiums to a third party administrator. State
Statute N.J.S.A. 52:14-15-9a authorizes the deduction
which is offered solely as a convenience to employees
who wish to use the option to pay insurance premiums
for the types of insurance permitted by the statute.
