Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Performance-Based and End-of-Year Assessments in English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Performance-Based and End-of-Year assessments in English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
