Status and Certification Unit
(Commercial Recording)
The Customer Information Center,
CIC, Unit provides status reports and certificates of standing on all corporations,
limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability
partnerships on file with DOR. Status reports are informational products
listing basic data such as business name and registered office and agent.
Certificates of standing are official statements regarding business status,
made under the hand and seal of the Treasurer.
