For your convenience, we have activated the  IVR system used to make EFT debit payments. The phone number and menu driven scripts have not changed. To make a payment using the phone-based integrated voice response option for EFT debit payments please dial:  1 877 NJ-TAXES or 1 877 658 2937.

Other Electronic Payment Methods - If you are not a registered EFT payer, the fastest way to make a payment is through the e-check option. To pay by e-check, you will need to login into our online system and be prepared to enter your taxpayer ID (usually EIN plus three digit suffix, usually three zeros, format = 123456789000) and State issued 4 digit PIN(not a vendor issued PIN).

Login Alternatives - If you do not have your PIN, you can enter your tax ID and business name. Note that with this option you will not be able to access your filing and payment history and only e-check and credit card payment options will be available.

Another alternative for logging in is to create a Premier Business Service (PBS) account. PBS will provide you with one-stop, secure access to all of your tax/employer filings, and will enable you to view your filing and payment history. Click here to set up your PBS account.
