SALES TAX FILINGS
Effective
with the third quarter 2005 filings, all New Jersey sales and use
tax returns and payments must be submitted electronically. The paper
ST50/51 coupon booklet is no longer issued. To file, you may use the
Division of Taxation's "NJ S&U EZFILE " program
which provides both Webfile and Telefile services. In addition, software
will become available to file the sales tax documents.
Below
are the names of software vendors that have been approved by the Division
of Revenue to electronically transmit sales and use tax returns. Both
the quarterly return (ST-50) and the monthly return (ST-51) may be
filed using this software.
Software vendors appearing
on this list have products that have passed the review and testing
procedures established by the Division. The review, however, does
not include the accuracy of the software program or the program's
calculations. The Division is not liable and does not assume any responsibility
for the accuracy of these income tax filing products or programs.
