02/02/10 Excess family leave insurance (FLI) contributions cannot be claimed as a credit on the 2009 New Jersey income tax return. To apply for a refund of excess FLI contributions for 2009, an employee must file the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s Form UC-9A, Employee’s Claim for Refund of Excess Contributions.
