For out-of-state residents who need proof that they donít receive
New Jersey property tax relief benefits

If you must provide proof to your home state that you aren’t eligible for and won’t be receiving benefits from New Jersey’s property tax relief programs, complete and mail our Request for a Letter of Property Tax Relief Ineligibility. We’ll send you a letter verifying that you aren’t eligible to receive property tax relief benefits from New Jersey.
