Trustee Services
The New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority contracts
with financial institutions to act as trustee for financial
transactions related to bond sales. This includes the deposit
and investment of bond sale proceeds, paying vendors for costs
of issuance, and paying bondholders for interest and principal
due. The State Treasurer establishes a pool of firms prequalified
to provide trustee services for all State issuers.
The Authority may at its own option select financial institutions from the State Treasurer's pool for new bond sales. Financial institutions interested in becoming eligible for trustee services should contact the Office of Public Finance as follows:
