It is the Intention of the Authority to issue a Price Agreement for the purchase of Machine Shop Services for the Repair, Modification and Manufacture of Toll Equipment Parts and for Machine Shop Services for the design, manufacture, modification and repair of parts such as, but not limited to, brackets, shafts, rubber coated rollers and miscellaneous items used in the toll equipment by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, (the “Authority”).

Items purchased off this Agreement will be delivered as directed by the Authority. The term of the contract shall be for one year with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms at the Authority’s discretion and Vendor’s concurrence.
