Requests For Bids

Current bid opportunities are listed below. If you’re interested in submitting a bid, start by completing a bid request form and faxing it to the Procurement and Materials Management Department at 732-750-5399. The bid request forms and other important documents, along with the full bid solicitation notices, can be accessed by clicking on the bid titles in the list below. Make sure you also read “INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS” That document contains the requirements and contract terms as well as forms you will need to submit with your bid. If you have any questions, please call 732-750-5300, extension 8640. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Procurement and Materials Management Department, P.O. Box 5042, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Submissions should be clearly marked "Public Bid" with the bid title, bid number, bid due date and time. If you’re going to submit a bid by mail, make sure you allow enough time for the package to arrive before the bid deadline. Using overnight/next-day delivery service does not guarantee overnight/next-day delivery to our location. The Authority will not be responsible for any bid not being received by the required date and time.

2013 - 2016 SNOW REMOVAL AND SALTING SERVICES ON BOTH ROADWAYS

Request for Informal Solicitation

Consistent with State laws, the Authority may solicit competitive price quotations from vendors without public advertisement, where the aggregate annual cost for the procurement contract is below the statutory public bid threshold. Awards of contracts will be made to the lowest responsible bidders.

Notwithstanding, the Director of Procurement and Materials Management Department may list selected informal solicitation contracts on this website. Prospective bidders can review the requests listed and if applicable return quotations; via facsimile or email to the Buyer by the date due. Informal solicitation notices can be accessed by clicking on the descriptive titles below.
