Dry Heat Sterilization and Solidification RMW (Class 4 and Class 7 only) is heated in a sealed chamber at a temperature of greater than 350 oF. The RMW is sterilized, and the plastic component of  the RMW is melted, fusing the entire load into a monolithic block, which can be managed as solid waste.
