The report provides the status of all applications submitted to the Division of Watershed Management for a Highlands Applicability and Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) Consistency Determination. The report is sorted by Municipality and includes the block, lot and county where the property is located along with the name of the project/development (if provided), the name of the property owner, owner organization (if applicable), the application status and date, the Highlands determination (if applicable) and the name of the reviewer.
The application status indicates whether the project is under review (pending), a decision was issued or if the application was returned (administratively closed), withdrawn, canceled, rescinded or found Highlands not applicable (meaning that the project was not in the Highlands area). If a determination has been issued, it is given as a two part decision with the Highlands Applicability Determination (exempt, not exempt or not a major highlands development) first, followed by the Consistency Determination (consistent, inconsistent or not addressed). For example, if the decision is Exempt-Consistent, then the project is exempt from the Highlands Act requirements and is consistent with the Water Quality Management Plan.
