Course description:
This course will cover new rule requirements related to Deed Notices and Engineering/Institutional Controls and will describe the program's transition to Remedial Action Permits under the ARRCS rules. You will learn tips for GIS submissions related to permits and information about water discharge permits for site remediation.

DEP staff will cover the document review process for cases being handled by LSRPs, problems with forms and submittals DEP has seen to date, and ways you can work with the Department to achieve compliance.

There will be a brief review of the recent Compliance Advisory and rule proposal that will change some regulatory and mandatory time frames and requirements related to vapor intrusion.

The Department reserves the right to cancel or consolidate events if registered attendance is low.
