[SRRA]: Proposed new rules (Heating Oil Tank System Rules) and rule amendments (ARRCS/Technical Requirements/Others)

On July 17, 2017, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) published a rule proposal in the New Jersey Register that included the proposed new Heating Oil Tank System Remediation Rules (N.J.A.C. 7:26F), as well as proposed amendments to the Discharges of Petroleum and Other Hazardous Substances rules (N.J.A.C. 7:1E), the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System rules (N.J.A.C. 7:14A), the Underground Storage Tank rules (N.J.A.C. 7:14B), the Industrial Site Recovery Act Rules (N.J.A.C. 7:26B), the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C), and the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E).

A public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at 10:00 AM in the Public Hearing Room at the NJDEP Headquarters Building at 401 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625. Comments may be submitted to the Department until Friday, September 15, 2017.
