[EXTERNAL]: Clarifications regarding timeframe extensions due to EO 103 On April 24, 2020, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) issued a Notice of Rule Waiver/Modification/Suspension pursuant to Executive Order No. 103 (EO 103), wherein some remediation timeframes identified in N.J.A.C. 7:26C and N.J.A.C. 7:26E, as well as timeframes set forth in an administrative consent order, that have been and will be reached during the period in which EO 103 is in effect will be extended for 90 days. The 90-day extension will automatically be applied to each affected date, thus a submission of a Remedial Timeframe Notification form requesting an extension is not required. The automatic extensions will not be reflected in DataMiner until Executive Order 103 expires or is revoked or modified. It should be noted that the 90-day extension is applied to the date of the original timeframe. For example, if a timeframe was due on March 9, 2020, that timeframe is extended 90 days to June 7, 2020.
