Contracts |
The IHC Board has contracted with:
- WithumSmith+Brown to perform annual financial audits of the Program for fiscal years ended June 30, 2019, 2020 and 2021, with the possibility of an extension for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.
- WithumSmith+Brown to perform financial audits of NJ PROTECT through closure of that program.
- WithumSmith+Brown to perform audits of losses reported by carriers seeking reimbursements for losses incurred during the 2001/2002, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2007/2008 two-year calculation periods.
- Deloitte to perform audits of carriers seeking reimbursements for losses incurred during the 1997/1998 and 1999/2000 two-year calculation periods.
The SEH Board has contracted with:
- WithumSmith+Brown to perform annual audits of the Program for fiscal years ended June 30, 2019, 2020 and 2021, with the possibility of an extension for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.
Contracts for the MSU50 Program are with:
- Horizon to serve as the carrier providing Medicare Supplement Plans to eligible people under age 50 (the Contracted Carrier).
- WithumSmith+Brown to perform audits of the net losses of the Contracting Carrier for calendar years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, with the possibility of an extension for calendar years 2021 and 2022.
- WithumSmith+Brown to perform annual audits of the Program for fiscal years ended June 30, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, with the possibility of an extension for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.
