The Delaware River Basin-Planning Support Tool (DRB-PST), is a modeling tool that allows different water management scenarios to be tested and their outcomes compared. The tool shows how those scenarios would change an array of outcomes, including the amount of water available for drinking supplies, downstream releases, habitat protection, flood mitigation, and more. It provides a more comprehensive understanding about how reservoir and flow management operating plans affect river flows and related aquatic habitats.
