Identifying Discretionary Grant Payments

When payments are made for discretionary grants, districts and other agencies often are unable to identify the program associated with the payment. The bank statement usually indicates "NJDOE" followed by the Notice of Grant Opportunity (NGO) code (2 letters and two numbers, for example CA37).
