To ensure efficiency in the certification process, the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) will be moving to a fully electronic certification process. As of February 1, 2020, the NJDOE will no longer accept paper documents for certification purposes. As we gradually move to a fully electronic process, there may be delays in processing paper documents.
Please email any letters, copies of out-of-state certification or other required documents directly to email@example.com. Please have your university, college, school or clearinghouse email electronic transcripts or the Verification of Program Completion Form directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
