Governor Murphy Takes Action on Legislation

TRENTON – Today, Governor Murphy signed the following bills into law:

S-92/A-4717 (Bateman, Greenstein/Houghtaling, Dancer, Swain, Kennedy) – Authorizes issuance of Protect Pollinators license plates

S-818/A-2284 (Lagana, Pou/Mazzeo, Armato, Webber) – Permits transmittal of certain proposed county ordinances by electronic mail

S-3881/A-5834 (Sarlo/Coughlin, Jasey) – Extends deadline for completion and filing of annual audit report of school district for 2020-2021 school year; establishes deadline for submission of Audit Summary for 2020-2021 school year
