Public Recreational Bathing

Inspections of public recreational bathing facilities (including swimming pools, lakes, rivers, streams, tidal bays, and ocean swimming facilities) are conducted by local departments of health. Inspections of all public recreational bathing facilities located in New Jersey state parks are conducted by NJDOH.
