- Advisory Graduate Medical Education Council (AGMEC)
The council was established pursuant to P.L.1977, c.390 (C.18A:64H-1 et seq.) for the purpose of making recommendations for the support, through federal, State and private funds, of graduate medical education programs in private nonprofit and public hospitals in the State, and for the development and implementation of new graduate medical education programs to meet the needs of the citizens of the State.

- Governor's School of New Jersey
The Governor's School of New Jersey is a unique summer program committed to meeting the educational needs of academically talented high school students who have completed their junior year. Emphasis is placed on problem solving of complex issues that exist on a local, state, national, and international level, and leadership training. The Governor's School is an intensive residential learning experience held on two college campuses in New Jersey.
- NJ Educational Facilities Authority(EFA)
EFA was created in 1968 to help public and private colleges and universities in New Jersey finance the construction, improvement, acquisition and refinancing of various capital projects. In 1999, the Authority was authorized to help finance capital improvements at qualified public libraries.

The New Jersey Presidents' Council was created in 1994 as part of The Higher Education Restructuring Act. It is an advisory body made up of the presidents (who serve ex officio) of all public institutions of higher education, those independent institutions that receive State aid, and 3 proprietary, degree-granting institutions.

NJEDge.Net is a non-profit consortium developed as part of the state plan for higher education. The consortium was designed to support NJ’s institutions of higher education in their pursuit of excellence. The mission of NJEDge.Net is to provide collaborative resources and networked information services to its members and affiliates in support of education; research and development; outreach and public service; as well as economic development throughout the state. In providing a statewide network infrastructure, NJEDge.Net establishes standards for interoperability, achieves economies of scale and supports new and emerging technology-enabled forms of interinstitutional collaboration among members and affiliates.
