Office of Public Guardian and Elder Rights
The Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults makes legal, financial and healthcare decisions for individuals aged 60 and older who have been determined by a Superior Court judge to be incapacitated. The office also administers the Adult Protective Services Program.
