Angelo
Prisco has been identified by expert and knowledgeable
law enforcement authorities as a captain or "capo"
in the Genovese Family of La Cosa Nostra and has associated
in criminal activities with other members of the Genovese
Family of La Cosa Nostra. In 1997, Angelo Prisco was
convicted in New Jersey State Court of conspiracy to
commit racketeering and arson for hire and was sentenced
to twelve (12) years in New Jersey State prison. Angelo
Prisco was released on parole in August 2002. In 1998,
Angelo Prisco was convicted in federal court in New
York of conspiracy to commit extortion and was sentenced
to 24 months in Federal prison, to be served concurrently
with his New Jersey sentence. |
