• New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development addresses workplace safety, wage and hour and other workplace issues
• United States Department of Labor addresses workplace safety, wage and hour and related workplace issues
• National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) addresses certain private sector workplace issues
• United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) addresses issues of discrimination based upon certain characteristics such as age, race, sex or disability status
