Army National Guard delegation travels to Albania
as part of Partnership for Peace Program.
MG
(Ret) Garrett, LTC Schofield, and MAJ Protesto will
leave for the Republic of Albania this weekend, and
formally convey DMVA's commitment to the State Partnership
Program (SPP). The three will meet with the Minister
of Defense, Minister of Local Government, and key Albanian
Civil Defense officials to lay the groundwork for future
activities that will enhance the capabilities and relationships
between New Jersey and Albania. The delegation will
tour a number of emergency response facilities to gain
an understanding of Albania's emergency response plans
and processes, as well as offer an assessment of strengths
and opportunities for improvement of joint civil-military
operations. It is hoped that this visit will be the
first in a succession of SPP events that will enhance
relations between our countries and signal a true maturation
in the SPP/Partnership for Peace program.

your Directory information correct?
The
global entry on an individual's email listing contains
contact information that can be used by everyone in
the email system. In order to keep the published Telephone
Directories and User Information on the RCAS Network
current, all changes to personal information require
the Information Management Officer (IMO) at the location
to open a Help Desk Ticket (HDT) with the Customer
Support Center. This single HDT can be routed internally
to insure that the appropriate changes are made in
regard to the person's new phone number, office symbol,
directory listing, "RCAS User Information, Distribution
Lists, etc. Point of Contact in the G6 Office is the

or her heroic act is eligible for information. The
scholarship may be used for undergraduate or graduate
higher education expenses at any institution eligible
to participate in the federal Title IV student aid
programs, and recipients who are not yet of college
age will have their funds held in escrow until they
enroll in postsecondary education. Required application
and nominations will be accepted until October 15,
2003. Applicants will be reviewed initially to insure
they meet general eligibility requirements. For nomination
form, contact the Higher Education Student Assistance
