New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amended rules pertaining to commercial driver licensing and the new federally mandated entry-level driver training (ELDT). The Commission’s proposal was published in the August 2, 2021 issue of the New Jersey Register.
A copy of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov. A copy may also be obtained by mail from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162, via email request to MVC.RuleComments@mvc.nj.gov, or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
The public has until October 1, 2021, to submit comments with regard to this proposal. Comments should be directed to: Emily H.
