Proposed Amendments To Rregulations Found in Chapter 21 - Licensing Services

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to regulations found in Chapter 21, Licensing Services, Subchapter 12 entitled Farm Vehicles. The proposed amendments make changes to the regulations governing the operation of farm equipment on public highways, set forth requirements for the use of slow moving vehicle emblems and govern the registration of self-propelled sprayers.

The amendments are to be published August 7, 2017 in the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the propose amendments may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
