New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to the regulations pertaining to the provision of personal information as that term is defined by the New Jersey Driver’s Privacy Protection Act. The Commission’s proposal was published in the October 5, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.
The regulatory proposal may be found on the MVC website, njmvc.gov. A copy may also be obtained by mail from the Motor Vehicle Commission, by emailing a request to rulecomments@mvc.nj.gov or calling (609) 777-1407.
The public has until December 5, 2020 to submit comments with regard to this proposal.
