Below are the names of the members of the Grievance Arbitration Panel authorized by N.J.A.C. 19:12-5.1 et seq. These arbitrators are available to assist in the arbitration of unresolved labor relations grievances. The cost of grievance arbitration is borne by the parties in accordance with their collective negotiations agreement. The arbitrator's per diem fee appears on the individual arbitrator resumes.
