Department of Transportation Proposing the Readoption of the Administration, Organization, Records Management
and Information Requests Rule
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:1A,
Administration, Organization, Records Management and Information Requests. This chapter contains the Department's organizational
structure; the procedures for rulemaking; procedures for obtaining government records; and provisions relating to the Departmentís logo.
The proposal was published in the June 5, 2017 issue of New Jersey Register at 49 N.J.R. 1342(a). The comment period ends on
August 4, 2017.
Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing and may do so using any one of a variety of delivery
