Crews are installing a caisson sleeve in center of Route 4. This caisson is part of a foundation column which will support the flyover ramp from Route 17 northbound to Route 4 westbound.


Crews are installing the steel caission sleeve for the foundation of a column which will support a future flyover ramp.
