(a)	Lane usage for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 38 described in this subsection is hereby regulated as follows:
1.	In Burlington County:
	i. In the Township of Southampton:
(1)	Left lane for left turns only:
	(A) From Route NJ 38 eastbound into the driveway northbound (to the Motor Vehicle Commission Inspection Station) located along the north side of Route NJ 38 approximately 1,000 feet east of the easterly curb line of Smithville Road (approximate milepost 18.45).
