Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 179
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 179 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Hunterdon County: Note: State Highway Route NJ 179 is under the jurisdiction of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.11. Note: State Highway Route NJ 179 is coincident with State Highway Route NJ 29 from approximate mileposts 0.32 to 0.37.
i. In the City of Lambertville:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the easterly curb line of Route NJ 29 to the westerly curb line of Route NJ 165-Route NJ 179.
ii. In the Township of West Amwell:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Beginning at a point 310 feet south of the southerly curb line of Music Mountain Boulevard and extending to a point 540 feet north of the northerly curb line of Music Mountain Boulevard (approximate mileposts 1.33 to 1.48).
iii. In the Township of East Amwell:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Wertsville Road (CR 602) and the southerly curb line of Route US 202/NJ 31.
(B) From the southerly curb line of Wertsville Road (CR 602) to a point 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Between a point 730 feet north of the northerly curb line of Melbourn Lane to a point 90 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) Between a point 970 feet north of the northerly curb line of Melbourn Lane to a point 90 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Route US 202/NJ 31 and the northerly curb line of John Ringo Road (CR 579).
(B) Between the southerly curb line of Boss Road and a point 165 feet southerly therefrom.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 179 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking certain hours for street cleaning” zones where parking is permitted as described:
1. In Hunterdon County:
i. In the City of Lambertville:
(1) No parking (street cleaning) along the eastbound (southerly) side from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Friday:
(A) Between Route NJ 29 (Main Street) and Lambert Lane.
(2) No parking (street cleaning) along the westbound (northerly) side from 8:00 AM to9:00 AM, Thursday:
(A) Between Route NJ 29 (Main Street) and Lambert Lane.
(c) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 179 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “time limit parking” zones where parking is permitted as described:
1. In Hunterdon County:
i. In the City of Lambertville:
(1) Two hour time limit parking along both sides from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday:
(A) From Lambert Lane to Route NJ 29.
(2) Two hour time limit parking along both sides from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday:
(A) From Lambert Lane to Route NJ 29.
(d) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 179 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Hunterdon County:
i. In the City of Lambertville:
(1) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Main Street - Beginning at the northerly curb line of South Main Street and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.000
(2) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Main Street - Beginning at the northerly curb line of North Main Street and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
