Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 31
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 31 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Mercer County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 31 is under municipal jurisdiction (City of Trenton) from mileposts 0.00 to 1.15.
i.  In the Township of Ewing:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the Township of Hopewell:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Borough of Pennington:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
2. In Hunterdon County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 31 is coincident with State Highway Route US 202 from mileposts 16.36 to 20.02.
i. In the Township of East Amwell:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Beginning at the northerly curb line of Lambertville-Hopewell Road (County Route 518) and a point 1,200 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 1,400 feet north of the center line of Linvale Road and extending to a point 250 feet north of the center line of Harbourton Road (County Route 579) (approximate mileposts 13.45 to 14.05).
ii.  In the Township of West Amwell:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 250 feet north of the center line of Harbourton Road (County Route 579)_and extending to a point 1,400 feet south of the center line of Harbourton Road (County Route 579) (approximate mileposts 13.45 to 14.05).
iii.  In the Township of Raritan:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv.  In the Borough of Flemington:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
v.  In the Township of Clinton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
vi.  In the Township of Lebanon:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
vii.  In the Borough of Glen Gardner:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
viii.  In the Borough of Hampton:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
3. In Warren County:
i. In the Township of Washington:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the northerly curb line of Asbury Anderson Road to a point 300 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) From the southerly curb line of Asbury Anderson Road to a point 300 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Between South Lincoln Avenue and Springtown Road.
(2) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Along the northbound side from the northerly curb line of Mozart Avenue to a point 300 feet northerly therefrom.
ii.  In the Borough of Washington:
(1) No stopping or standing along the both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State highway Route 31 described in this section shall be designated and established as "no parking" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the Township of Ewing:
(1) Along northbound Route NJ 31 on the easterly side at:
(A) Clover Street – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22026) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Clover Street and  extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Homecrest Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22027) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Homecrest Avenue and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Parkside Avenue (CR 636) – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 22028) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Parkside Avenue and extending 150 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) Bruce Lane – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22029) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Bruce Lane and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(E) Ewington Avenue – (far-side) (NJ Transit ID# 32748) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Ewington Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(F) Woodland Avenue – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 22031) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Woodland Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(G) Atlantic Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22032) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Atlantic Avenue and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(H) Sussex Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22033) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Sussex Avenue and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(I) Green Lane – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 22034) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Green Lane and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(J) Main Boulevard East – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# pending) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Main Boulevard East and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(K) Between Main Boulevard East and Carlton Avenue – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# 22036) – Beginning at a point 750 feet north of the northerly curb line of Main Boulevard East and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(L) Carlton Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22037) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Carlton Avenue and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Along southbound Route NJ 31 on the westerly side at:
(A) Upper Ferry Road (CR 636) – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 22049) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Upper Ferry Road and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Carlton Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22050) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Carlton Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(C) Main Boulevard – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# pending) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Lanning Street and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) Theresa Street – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 22053) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Theresa Street and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom.
(E) Brenwall Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22054) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Brenwall Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(F) Atlantic Avenue – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 32669) – Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Atlantic Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(G) Ewington Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 32749) – Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Ewington Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(H) Bradway Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22058) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Bradway Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(I) Parkside Avenue (CR 636) – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22059) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Parkside Avenue and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom.
(J) Clermont Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 22060) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Clermont Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
ii.  In the Township of Hopewell:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Denow Road – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Denow Road and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Mid-block bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between Route NJ 31 Circle and Diverty Road – Beginning 400 feet south of the southerly curb line of the Route NJ 31 Circle and extending 135 feet southerly therefrom.
(3) Mid-block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between Route NJ 31 Circle and Diverty Road – Beginning 400 feet south of the southerly curb line of the Route NJ 31 Circle and extending 135 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Between Diverty Road and Denow Road – Beginning 315 feet south of the southerly curb line of Diverty Road and extending 135 feet southerly therefrom.
