Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Newark-Pompton Turnpike (vicinity of Routes US 202 & NJ 23)
Certain parts of the roadway known as the Newark – Pompton Turnpike (vicinity of Route US 202-NJ 23), located in the Township of Wayne in Passaic County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The certain parts of the Newark – Pompton Turnpike described in this subsection are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1) Stop signs shall be installed:
(A) At the intersection of the Route US 202-NJ 23 southbound exit ramp and the Newark – Pompton Turnpike for traffic travelling along the Route US 202-NJ 23 southbound exit ramp (approximate Route US 202 milepost 63.81).
