Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Shore Road (aka Island Beach Access Road) (vicinity of Route NJ 35)
Certain parts of the roadway known as Shore Road (aka Island Beach State Park Access Road) (vicinity of Route NJ 35), located in the Township of Berkeley in Ocean County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The certain parts of Shore Road described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-048B dated March 16, 2015.
