Members and covered spouses/partners of the SHBP and SEHBP can participate in the NJWELL Program. Two main requirements must be completed – the Biometric Screening and the Health Assessment Tool (HAT). Additional activities, coaching, and/or self-identifying will also be required in order to reach the goal of 800 points. Once the 800-point goal is reached, you will be eligible for a financial reward.
Members and covered spouses/partners of the SHBP and SEHBP enrolled in a Direct Primary Care Medical Home (DPCMH) through Paladina or R-Health are required to have two DPCMH visits, a treatment plan that is equivalent to a Biometric Screening, and complete the Health Assessment Tool (HAT). Upon completion, you will be eligible for a financial reward.

Employers gain savings from implementing and promoting NJWELL! Employers with 25 percent employee participation rates in NJWELL in 2019 receive a one percent reduction in SHBP/SEHBP premiums starting in 2020.
